Let us take the planning burden off your shoulders. At HideAway Country Inn, we offer an exclusive “Small, Intimate Wedding” Package, which covers all of the important steps of wedding planning.

 

Here is what our wedding package includes:

• 1-hour use of the Rose Garden, Butterfly Garden, or Pergola for your 25- to 50-person ceremony (rehearsal isn’t included)
• Use of the Bride and Groom’s Rooms before the ceremony
• 1-hour use of the Woodland Room for your reception
• 2.5 hours for the ceremony and reception between 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Use of candelabras and fern centerpieces in the wedding
• Round tables with white tablecloths, napkins, Organza chair bows (other colors are available at an additional cost)
• Dinnerware and flatware for your reception
• Use of centerpieces for your reception
• Head table for up to six people
• Wedding coordinator services
• Standard bride’s bouquet and groom’s boutonniere
• Wedding cake (to serve 30 guests), cutting, plating, serving, and boxing at no additional charge.

Because you and your future spouse are special to us, we offer you the following gifts when you book our package:

• Champagne/sparkling grape juice toast during your reception (for the couple only)
• One night of lodging for your first wedding anniversary (of equal value to suite booked for your wedding)
• One night of lodging for your honeymoon
  • To receive free honeymoon suite you must book night prior
  • May be for bridal party
• Our “No-Stress Guarantee.” If there is an issue the day of the wedding with any vendor , unruly guests, wedding attire malfunctions (missing buttons, uneven hem of tuxedo, or slight wrinkles in dresses after professional pressing), our staff will see to it so you have a smooth event from start to finish.

Note that the total bill for all packages is subject to a 20% service charge and 7.25% sales tax. All payments will be made according to Policies and Terms as outlined on the HideAway Country Inn website.
