Make a few of favorites HideAway Inn’s 1938 Pub Specialty Cocktails at home. Sparkling wine makes a refreshing addition to many cocktails.
Served in a Martini glass with a Sprig of Lemon Balm
– 2 oz Tanqueray
– ½ oz Simple Syrup
– ½ oz Lemon Juice
– Top off with a Dry Sparkling Wine
The perfect drink for when you are feeling fancy and you want to sit outside enjoying the gorgeous countryside. We love the light zip from the lemon and the bubbles of the sparkling wine in this tasty concoction.
Bette Davis Featuring Sparkling Wine
Served in a Champagne flute with a Sprig of Pineapple Sage
– ½ oz Hendricks Gin
– 1 oz Macerated Berries
– Top off with a Dry Sparkling wine
Bette Davis once said, “There comes a time in every woman’s life when the only thing that helps is a glass of champagne.” We couldn’t agree more, but why not jazz it up with some fruity goodness and a little kick of Hendricks. This drink puts the sparkle in your glass and your eyes.
– 1 ½ oz Peach Schnapps
– 1 oz Peach Brandy
– 1 oz Amaretto Liqueur
Great for Summer and when ya’ll are sitting on the Veranda. Trust us; you’ll start talking like a Southerner too when you try this peachy treat that would make the whole state of Georgia proud.
Served in a Highball with a spice & herb rim and lots of veggies!
– 1 ½ oz Lemon Vodka
– 5 oz Tomato Juice
– 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
– 1 dash HideAway Hot sauce
– 1 pinch Salt, Pepper, Dried Basil, Garlic Powder
While not ‘healthy’, this drink can be served with the classic celery stick. It’s a fantatic choice for when you want something on the spicy side with a slight hint of sour.
Served in a copper mug or a short glass with a ginger cube and sprig of mint
– 1 ½ oz Jameson Irish Whisky
– 3 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
– ½ oz Simple Syrup
This treat is similar to the famous (or infamous depending on how many you enjoy) Moscow Mule. It’s a drink that’s got a real ‘kick’ while still having a smooth finish. For a slightly sour taste, squeeze in a lime half before adding the ginger beer.
Served in either a Martini glass or a short glass with an orange twist and cherry
– 2.5oz Maker’s Mark
– 3/4 oz Antiqua Vermouth
– 2 dashes Angostura bitters
– 1 squeeze of an Orange half
Sophisticated and cool, we tried to keep this drink as classic as possible! Why mess with a good thing?
