Thank you for scheduling a massage at the HideAway Country Inn. Please be advised we don’t offer medical massage modalities. It’s our wish to help you hideaway and relax during your stay with us. Here are guidelines and answers to frequently asked questions to help you get the most from your massage.
Please feel free to enjoy the state of relaxation and lie still for just a few more moments. Then slowly and carefully get up. Please drink plenty of water before and after any spa treatments you receive. It’s important to keep hydrated. An additional glass or two of water immediately following a massage may benefit you by decreasing the possibility of soreness. Bottled water is available from our room service. Please let the front desk know prior to your stay if you would like to have water stocked in your room. Following any heat treatments, such as Hot Stone massage, it’s important that you rest and avoid any vigorous activity for at least one hour. As always, if you have any other questions you’re welcome to contact us at 419-563-2900 or email email@example.com.
