HideAway Country Inn's own Innkeeper and Chef Debbie Miller wins People's Choice Award at Taste of Elegance Competition. The contest was held February 10th at The Capital Club, in Columbus. The contest honors chefs with the best original pork entrée prepared with Cargill's White Marble Farms pork. Chef Miller was presented the title of "Peoples Choice" and a trophy. This award is voted on by attendees for the most visually appealing entrée. She prepared a Black Pearl Pork Chop with a Blackberry Balsamic glaze and delicate Fruit Compote featuring Cargill's "White Marble Farms" pork.
