Celebrate St. Patrick's Day Weekend at HideAway Inn, Plus Recipes for Irish Cocktails and Cupcakes!
We’re having a St. Patrick's Day Celebration at HideAway Inn with some festive dining and drink options that might even bring out the Leprechauns and Luck O’the Irish for everyone--even non-Irish folks!
The Hideaway Country Inn, located in central Ohio near Bucyrus and Marion, and within a scenic drive of Ashland and Mansfield, will be celebrating St. Patrick's Day starting Friday, March 14 and carrying through to Monday, March 17, 2014!
Make sure to choose your wardrobe to reflect “wearing of the green,” as we don’t want you to get pinched (unless you’d like to be)! Enjoy a fun night of dining out with us, hanging out in our casual bar, or even spend the night if you’d like an extended celebration!
We’ll be adding delicious cabbage rolls to our already decked out and delicious dining menu! If you are up for celebrating the holiday in style, relax with us as green beer, Guinness® , and Irish Car Bombs will be available in the Leaning Oak Bistro and Wine Bar, as well as several other green themed drinks for your enjoyment!
If you’d like to make it an extended weekend event, stay the night in one of our quaint, cozy suites or lofts on Sunday, March 16, then wake-up on St. Patrick's Day to our own special spin on Green Eggs and Ham, served with multi-grain toast and our yummy pesto recipe!
For more information, or to make reservations, please contact (800) 570-8233 or go to our website at . Feel free to call first for availability at the Leaning Oak Bistro and Wine Bar, but it’s not necessary. We’d be happy for you to join us!

Add the Bailey's and Jameson to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug. If you don't drink it fast enough it will curdle and increasingly taste worse.
