Rehearsal Dinner Planning with HideAway

This week’s wedding blog at HideAway is all about the Rehearsal Dinner. Many of us are familiar with a rehearsal dinner but not entirely sure how to go about planning one. The point of the rehearsal dinner is for the wedding couple to thank their bridal party and celebrate the upcoming wedding in a room full of family and friends. Below are steps to ensure you plan the ideal rehearsal dinner.
1) The Venue
Picking the right venue is key and luckily, HideAway has many options. Pick from the outdoor pergola, HideAway’s Bistro, or indoor meeting room.
2) The Décor
Figure our your color scheme and the look of your dinner. HideAway has an onsite wedding planner who can help with these little details.
3) Guest List
Compile the list of who you want to invite and create name tags. Be sure to send out the invites 4-5 weeks in advance. HideAway’s event planner can have the name tags set up for your dinner in advance with your décor. Tip: Have an activity or ice breaker to start the dinner off.
4) Have Fun!
HideAway can make your rehearsal dinner unique. Sit down with our on-site event planner and discuss the possibilities. Choose from ice breaker games like our life size chess (great for a group) or our state sanctioned corn hole tournament area that includes 4 sets for the group.
Please contact HideAway Country Inn to book your ultimate rehearsal dinner and for a customized Rehearsal Menu at 800.570.8233.
XOXO
