Glowing Beauty Advice from our Bucyrus Oh Spa technicians

Do you look in the mirror and wonder who that woman is staring back at you? The hustle and bustle of everyday life can leave your skin looking dull and lifeless. To get that star quality glow with glossy cheeks and rosy flush, we’ve put together some tips that will help to turn back the clock and leaving you looking refreshed and energized.
1) You are what you Eat
10 foods brought to you from bellaMumma told to give a glowing complexion are: tomatoes, green tea, broccoli, salmon, extra virgin olive oil, dark leafy greens, walnuts, blue berries, dark chocolate, and avocados.
Alcohol can leave your skin dehydrated. Swap that glass of wine for some good old fashioned h20.
Exfoliation removes dead or damaged cells from the skins top layer which cleans out pores and helps to minimize blemishes. This makes the skin cleaner and appear smoother, giving it that glow.
If you have discoloration, the best thing to use is a brightening lotion. This, over time, helps to lift brown patches and age spots.
One beauty consultant once told me that eye cream is the most overlooked beauty treatment but one of the most important. The eye is too delicate for standard exfoliation but you can still turn up the glow with eye-specific treatments and always use a day and night eye moisturizer.
All of this information can be a tad overwhelming so I’ve pulled some of my favorites here!
Note* You wear the lotion all day and the night repair cream overtop. Do this consistently for 3-6 months and dark spots should be gone or barely noticeable.
