Spring is in the Air...and the Dish!

April 4, 2012

When was the last time you actually sat down and enjoyed a home cooked meal? Stovetop ramen noodles in front of the television do not count. Imagine if you could whip up tortellini stuffed with porcini mushrooms, master herb encrusted chilean sea bass with sundried tomato chardonay sauce, or throw together cedar wrapped Norwegian salmon filet?

Great news! You can and just in time for HideAway's new spring menu. Whether you love to cook, never cook, or have not cooked since your easy bake oven, HideAway Country Inn has something for everyone. For those who live the hectic day-to-day lives packed with meetings, conference calls and cannot find time to commit to a long-term class, HideAway's 60 to 90 minute classes are ideal.
The two day and three day classes are offered for those who have a bit more time. You will work one on one with Chef Marc to prepare a 5 course dinner. If you are able to dedicate three days of time, you will participate in five labs over the course of 16 hours!

These exciting classes are shared in a room of no more than 12 people to create a relaxing and comforting atmosphere. Listen to stories from Chef Marc of his travels around the world, meet different people while learning new skills, and enjoy a weekend filled with memories and fun.
