My husband and I loved the Smith Room for a quiet evening. While it might be considered a budget room, you are instantly transferred to a master suite that’s a vintage, stately manor. We love history, and combined with the price, which included a great breakfast, it wasn’t unreasonable at all.
Thank you to the staff at HideAway Country Inn for making my anniversary weekend getaway a most pleasurable, memorable first experience in a B&B. We most certainly will return.
We spent one night in the Carpenter’s Suite. It was decorated very nicely with a whirlpool tub that came with lavender scented bath oil. One nice feature was the option of having your breakfast served in your room at whatever time you wanted it… it was very tasty and definitely too much food for the two of us.
My husband and I had the pleasure of spending a romantic Valentine’s Day weekend here. When we got to our room, I was in awe. It was incredibly spacious and luxuriously appointed. A fire was ready in the wood burning fireplace and the candles were lit. With some BNB’s you worry about overbearing Innkeepers, but NO WAY here; they are all about service.
My husband and I stayed for the entire month of July, and I have to say, this was a most pleasurable experience! The Treehouse Suite is GORGEOUS and offers fantastical quality. It’s like the treehouse you wanted as a kid with all the luxuries you want as an adult (Did I mention the Jacuzzi tub?!). I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!
